Implementation of the building cleaning craft with all tasks and requirements Responsible for order processing in the area of maintenance cleaning according to customer requirements including documentation and billing Implementation of missions Participation in the preparation of offers, lists of services and work instructions Optimization of existing orders, acquisition of new orders and customer support and advice Participation in post-calculations Guided tours, deployment planning, instruction and development of the industrial employees used in the object including Participation in the selection and recruitment of new employees Ensuring compliance with legal, tariff and other external requirements as well as internal company guidelines

Completed training or further training in the field of building cleaning Experience in building cleaning as an object management Leader with the ability to inspire and tie employees Safe handling of the PC and the MS Office package Service-oriented mode of operation, high commitment above-average flexibility and durability Readiness to travel in Leipzig
