Technical Documentation Specialist (m/w/d)

They are responsible for designing, tuning and implementing a Claim Process for Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Technical Documentation (DOC). The creation of a concept for linking the technical documentation and maintenance plan claims and identifying dependencies is also one of your tasks. They are responsible for creating a planning concept and implementation for processing the claims. You are responsible for the collection and appointment of actions to process the claims according to planning. You are responsible for the preparation, moderation and follow-up of IPS team voting dates. The preparation, presentation and follow-up of customer appointments regarding the IPS/DO claims to the customer on site is also within your responsibility. You create Key Performance Index (KPI) and based reports.

They bring a successfully completed study in the field of engineering/economy or a comparable qualification. It distinguishes an experienced handling of customer glues and the appropriate secure management of suppliers to solve the claims. They are safe in the application of project management methods, both classic and agile methods. Ideally, you can present a project management certification (IPMA, Scrum or comparable). Secure appearance and presentation techniques as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing are the distinguishing features. They have already gained professional experience in project management and experience in the management of (smaller) project teams. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in marine, naval logistics and/or integrated product support / technical documentation.
