You blossom in your mission, for:

• In your position, you will take care of ensuring the smooth operation of IT with our medium-sized customers, focusing on: DataCenter, Security, Cloud and Virtualization.
• You take the development of suggestions for optimizing the IT infrastructure in coordination with our customers and the Bechtle distribution.
• The implementation of new IT solutions as well as analysis and troubleshooting in the existing IT environment is one of your tasks.
• You regularly take part in internal and external training on exciting IT topics.
• You provide active support through our IT professionals in particularly demanding topics.
• You work independently with the support of a large and highly competent team.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed training as a specialist (w/m/d) system integration or a comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in the IT Security environment as IT Administrator (w/m/d), System Engineer (w/m/d) or Consultant (w/m/d)
• Practical experience in Windows Server 20xx, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Backup and virtualized environments (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
• Certifications of leading manufacturers desirable and willingness to continuous training
• Problem-solving competence as well as a structured and targeted way of working
• customer orientation, team skills and initiative and motivation
