Product Manager (m/f/d)

Professional leadership of interdisciplinary product teams (product management, sales/marketing, engineering, logistics, project management) over the entire product life cycle incl. Information flow and return flows of ‘Lessons Learned’ to ensure available, profitable and market-oriented basic products Implementation of predefined product strategies and support in the preparation of market, competitive and product profitability analyses Continuous optimization and increase of the profitability of the basic products and regular testing of customer and project-specific adaptation requirements and their meaningful integration Economic responsibility for basic product development including budget planning and monitoring (F&E, CAPEX) Planning, creation and adaptation of product artifacts according to product management process and preparation and support in defending decision-making templates in close cooperation with internal decision-makers

Higher education in economics or engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science or information technology and basic training in product management Multiannual professional experience in projects (e.g. as Project Manager:in, Technical Manager:in, Logistic Engineering Manager:in or Sales Manager:in), in product management, systems engineering or comparable application Found product and system knowledge and good understanding of military requirements and their use as well as first international and intercultural experiences English knowledge, strong customer and service orientation, team, communication and conflict resolution skills and experience in presentations and understanding of business relationships Entrepreneurship, high self-motivation, innovative capacity and high level of self-initiative and readiness to take responsibility
