Consultant Receivables Management (IKAROS) (w/m/d) in full time in Neuss It's waiting for you

We welcome you in the area of debt management. Under the leitmotif ''protect & mediate' we provide an innovative receivable management system. We want to move something together and with the help of the latest technologies and agile development methods we create innovative solutions to keep credit reform in debt management a top priority.

You will be part of a dedicated team that creates individual solutions within our IKAROS application landscape for our offices, conducts customer projects and makes things possible off the credit reform standard.

These are your tasks

You are advising our credit reform offices in the optimal use of the IKAROS receivable management system.

You conduct process consulting and analysis and display optimization potentials.

You configure and adapt the IKAROS application landscape according to the professional requirements of the offices

You act as an interface between specialist, IT and our offices

You will conduct workshops and training for the optimal use of IKAROS.

That makes you

You have completed vocational training or studies in commercial, economic or technical fields.

You have well-founded knowledge in receivable management or Collection and a good understanding of the corresponding business processes.

Ideally, you have already worked with the software solution IKAROS from Ferber GmbH.

You convince by a pronounced customer and service orientation, communication strength and a safe occurrence in dealing with different contact persons.

You have very good German knowledge in word and writing and are ready to travel within Germany and work flexibly.
