Professional and disciplinary leadership of the debitor team Total Responsibility for Order-to-Cash Process (Request Management, OPOS, Mahnwesen, Gutschriften, Account Corrections) Ensuring efficient, largely automated processes from accounting to payment receipt (SAP, Serrala) Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Operational treasury management: banking and liquidity management, short-term liquidity planning Currency management with focus on USD: building and implementing a dollar hedging strategy, monitoring and reporting of FX positions Establishment and control of processes for trading CBAM certificates in close coordination with legal, tax, controlling and ESG managers Cooperation and management of projects in the finance sector (system introductions, process optimization, internationalization, change projects)

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training for/to the audited account holder (IHK) or business studies with a focus on accounting / finance / controlling A completed design for/for the control specialist is advantageous Multiannual professional experience in accounting and accounting Order-to-Cash environment, ideally with leadership responsibility Experience in treasury or foreign exchange management (especially USD) of advantage Very good SAP-FI skills, ideally experience with interfaces to SD/MM, as well as very good Excel skills Experience with tools like Serrala or comparable payment/cash application solutions and high affinity for digitizing finance processes Practice in project and change management, especially in the introduction or optimization of finance and O2C processes Very good German and ideally good English skills as well as a structured, reliable and hands-on-oriented method
