Infrastructure Engineer - Azure / Hyper-V / Veeam (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the stable operation and further development of our hybrid server infrastructure based on Azure Stack HCI, including the management of failover clusters and virtual machines. You design and manage the entire data backup environment with Veeam Backup & Replication and ensure the reliable recovery of the systems through regular tests. You control the entire lifecycle of the Windows Server landscape, from patch management to capacity planning, and with tools such as Azure Monitor, ensure system performance and availability. You optimize our operations by actively automating recurring tasks using PowerShell and keeping the system documentation up-to-date. As a technical contact for our internal teams, you act on all issues relating to the Windows and Azure infrastructure and help solve complex disruptions.

You have completed training in IT, for example as a specialist in system integration, or bring comparable practical experience. You bring at least two years of professional experience in the administration of complex Windows server and virtualization environments (Hyper-V). Ideally, you have already gained first experiences with hybrid cloud solutions such as Azure Stack HCI and related technologies. You are versed in handling Veeam Backup & Replication and use PowerShell to automate operating processes. Your work is structured as well as solution-oriented and you enjoy mastering technical challenges in the team. You communicate safely in German (very good) and English (good) in word and writing.
