a completed degree (Master / Diploma) in the field of social education / social work, rehabilitation education or comparable qualifications (social education / in – social workers / in – rehabilitation education / in – m/w/d) a professional self-understanding which is oriented towards the participation and self-determination of adult people with mental and physical disabilities.
