The Schön Klinik Roseneck – part of the renowned Schön Klinik Group – is one of the largest psychosomatic and internationally recognized specialist clinics in Germany with the Prien am Chiemsee, Rosenheim and Vogtareuth sites as well as a daily clinic in Prien. With a total of 720 beds, we offer a wide range of treatments at the highest level. Our dedicated team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. As an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and in cooperation with numerous other universities, we stand for excellent medical care and innovative research. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated nursing service (m/w/d) for the Schön Klinik Roseneck in Prien am Chiemsee, Rosenheim and Vogtareuth in full and part-time (min. 30 hours a week). Strategic leadership and clinic development: As a member of the clinic management, you actively shape the strategic orientation of the clinic and bring your expertise to the further development of the site. Personal planning and control: You ensure economic personnel deployment planning and are responsible for the service planning, taking into account operational and labour law requirements. Quality-oriented area control: You are responsible for controlling, ensuring and continuously developing high-quality psychosomatic care and the medical center. Staff acquisition and development: You are responsible for the personnel acquisition and promote the professional and personal development of your employees. Project work and interdisciplinary cooperation: You control and support internal projects, actively participate in the Care Psychosomatic Working Group and bring your expertise into cross-disciplinary development processes.

You have a successfully completed training as a health and nursing worker, nursing staff or health and child caregiver (m/w/d). Ideally, you have a degree in nursing science or a comparable academic qualification. You have a completed training on station management or a comparable qualification – alternatively, you will be willing to complete a corresponding training. Ideally, you already have management experience and understand how to guide and motivate employees. You are characterized by high social competence, communication strength and a safe and empirical appearance. A multi-group, process-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and action is of course for you. You bring innovation joy, cost awareness and enthusiasm and actively shape changes. Experiences in project and change management as well as a structured and solution-oriented manner complete your profile.
