In your role as a team leader, you will guide the team professionally and disciplinaryly while continuously developing team, processes and structures. You control economic planning, forecasts, project and personnel planning and ensure reliable data quality. With your experienced look at goals, budgets and key figures, you recognize deviations early and take effective measures. With the help of your meaningful analyses, KPIs and decision-making bases, you will start the management reporting for the austerity management as the basis of strategic decisions. With cost-effectiveness, investment and scenario analyses, you support strategic decisions and advise on all financial issues. You actively shape the further development of controlling processes, BI and reporting solutions and key figures systems and drive the digitization of controlling processes.

You have completed a scientific university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable knowledge and skills. Your multi-annual experience in controlling is what distinguishes you; ideally, you bring first leadership experience. With your know-how in corporate management, planning, reporting and analysis, you create sound basis for management decisions. The secure handling of SAP FI/CO as well as modern BI and reporting tools is part of everyday work for you; Knowledge of SAP BPC or RE-FX are a plus. You have a high number affinity, recognize relationships quickly and develop pragmatic solutions. Your profile is rounded off by your leadership skills and communication strength.
