Make Recruiting. As part of our talent Acquisition team, you help us identify and recruit suitable (senior) consultants and experts for Inverto. You are an appeal for candidate:inside and internal stakeholders. Structured evaluation of candidate:innen. You participate in the examination and selection of applications and ensure a high-quality and efficient selection process in accordance with our standards. Professional interview coordination and communication with candidate:inside. You support the preparation and follow-up of interviews, communicate by phone and e-mail with candidate:inside, collect relevant information and are a reliable and professional contact person throughout the entire process. Exciting project work. You support various projects with the aim of continuously improving and optimizing our processes.

You are a student:in the advanced study of economics or social sciences, (economic)psychology or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on HR, organization or recruiting. You have already gained practical experience during your studies, such as HR, Talent Acquisition or Consulting. Analytical thinking, a structured and precise way of working as well as a high degree of self-sufficiency characterize you. Ideally, you have gained first experience with an applicant management system (ATS). You like to work in the team, appreciate ground-based cooperation, real support and reliability. You work independently, introduce proactive ideas and think one step ahead. You can communicate safely in German and English.
