Head of Security (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the proper implementation, maintenance and extension of service contracts, taking account of economic concerns You serve the customers and lead the employees You are present as contact persons on the customer objects You adhere to the regulations on established work, health and environmental protection systems and the established quality management system You actively participate in the further development of existing systems

You have multi-annual leadership experience, ideally as operational managers, division managers, business managers, order managers or supervisors in the security industry, or in comparable personal-intensive industries You are masters of protection and security or have successfully completed training as a specialist for protection and security or a commercial training, or are former police officers or officers/field planners of the Bundeswehr You present convincingly before customers and employees You are powerful and meet the right mix of proximity and distance You keep a cool head under time pressure and work tasks safely according to priority You are sure to handle MS Office applications and are happy to work in new software systems You have a perfect police certificate You are characterized by a friendly and safe appearance as well as a well-kept appearance
