HR Business Partner, Purchasing (m/f/d)

Here you can take responsibility Description Discuss your stakeholders across all hierarchical levels to personal questions and support them in building powerful teams – you are the first point of contact of the department. Build a very close and trusting relationship with the departments to advance topics such as organisational structure, leadership training, performance management and employee satisfaction. Maintain your own topics and processes from the onboarding of newcomers to the exit of employees and provide a great employee experience. Manage your daily tasks such as structural changes, salary benchmarking, feedback and salary increase cycles and work on department-specific projects that you define to match the personnel strategy. Bring our HR processes to the next level and set Germany-wide HR guidelines for different target groups.

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field and practical experience in HR Business Partnering or Consulting, preferably in an international startup environment. Knowledge of German labour law combined with a coaching setting. Excellent time and project management with multitasking capability, can-do mentality and a very structured way of working. Proactive and solution-oriented personality with self-confidence and skills to communicate at the senior management level. Excellent language skills in German (at least C2) and English (at least C1).
