Business Partner for Procurement Engineering Services (w/m/d)

• Deep understanding of the market and suppliers in the field of engineering services and the ability to ensure that our external resources are available on time and budget

• Analyze Markets & Suppliers, develop the procurement strategy and secure procurement planning and supplier management in close coordination with the Heads of Business

• Active strategic supplier management to create value for our company, e.g. developing and ensuring the implementation of supplier binding plans, identifying new suppliers relevant to the business strategy, supplier-based innovation, partnerships

• Responsibility for strategic tendering including specific tendering strategies, supplier invitation and selection, negotiation and implementation of supplier contracts, e.g. framework contracts for services

• Activity as Project Procurement Lead Coordinator (PPLC) as the main partner in Uniper projects for all procurement related topics, close cooperation with other procurement functions

• Promote concrete initiatives together with the business areas (e.g. sustainability, innovation, security, cost awareness) and external networks to develop new solutions for Uniper

• Complete university studies in the field of engineering, economics, economics, comparable training or equivalent professional experience

• Multiannual experience in the procurement of engineering services

• Found experience in Market Analytics & Supplier Intelligence; to create meaningful reports and decision-supporting presentations

• Ability to deal convincingly with a wide range of contact persons and with conflicting requirements or cross-functional overlaps

• Good communication skills, project management skills and ability to handle stakeholders, knowledge and interest in the digitization and optimization of processes are beneficial

• Excellent communication skills required in fluent German and English, knowledge in other languages are advantageous
