For the construction and implementation of our new concept in our central kitchen, we are looking for a dedicated kitchen line (m/w/d) for our total use in urban nurseries and schools indefinitely, in full time and with payment up to pay group EG 9b TVöD. This is exactly where your area of work begins, because you are responsible for the overall operation and the smooth running of the kitchen in the school and children's day-care facility. This also includes the organisation and preparation of the menus for currently seven schools and four daycare centres. At the different locations, which are distributed throughout the city of Schorndorf, you can support around 20 kitchen forces, which lead and coordinate you decently from the central kitchen in the leakage neck. You are also the main contact person for external suppliers. They bring your team, the administration and the benefits (e.g. school and kindergarten children, teachers) together as a central interface and provide clear communication and efficient processes. The provision of children and adolescents is always to be ensured as well as compliance with financial resources. Your management task is rounded off by the recognition of new trends in community catering and the setting of innovative impulses. This makes you plan: a completed training as a domestic worker (m/w/d) ideally with master titles, cook (m/w/d), kitchen master (m/w/d) or a comparable training multi-year professional experience in the gastronomy sector as well as ideally leadership skills of enforcement, organizational skills and gastronomic skills of structured and solution-oriented work, always giving you the opportunity to keep an overview We value a positive and trusting working environment.
