Security Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

You develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on regulatory and technical requirements and standards, as well as best practices, You translate the security standards of the international group group into local, technical standards and guidelines You are working on the latest technologies, helping you to use AI technologies safely You develop and check Identity and Access Management (IAM) requirements You support audits and audits to maintain ISO 27001 certification You monitor and evaluate existing technical measures and contribute to the continuous improvement of ISMS You work with specialist departments from the 1st Line (e.g. IT) and contribute to the operationalization of the 2nd Line requirements

You have completed a degree in Computer Science, IT Security or comparable technical training You bring multi-year professional experience in information security, ideally with a focus on the development, testing and implementation of technical security measures You have well-founded knowledge in the practical implementation of regulatory and safety standards such as DORA, ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection, including in the field of identity and access management Your analytical mindset and structured way of working allow you to quickly understand and understand complex facts You are thrilled with the work with people, you coordinate the various external and internal stakeholders across all levels You master German and English fluent (min. C1)
