As a nursing service, you are the hub for quality and satisfaction in our house. Responsibility: You control personnel use and ensure a working atmosphere in which your team feels comfortable. Quality assurance: You ensure that our high care and business standards are lived daily. Care: You accompany the holistic care and activation of our residents. Strategy: You support the occupancy process with your professional expertise and keep the job plan in mind.

As a leader, you combine professional competence with an appreciation attitude. Qualification: You fulfil the conditions as PDL according to § 71 SGB XI. Continuing training: You have successfully completed the training for executive functions (according to AVPfleWoqG § 73 with 764 hours). Expertise: Knowledge in quality management and basic business understanding distinguish you. Digital Mindset: You are affin for electronic care documentation. Personality: You are communication-strong, decision-making, humorous and a real team player.
