Team Leader Logistics (f/m/d)

As Team Leader, you're the go-to person when it comes to day-to-day operations. You make sure our products reach customers safely, on time, and without burning a hole in the budget. You lead with initiative, constantly look for ways to sharpen our logistics processes, and you play a key role in shaping and growing our logistics team at the Neuenburg site. You are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and are not afraid to lend a hand yourself Leading a team of around 10–15 employees, you take on both professional and personal leadership responsibilities You independently conduct employee reviews with your team and hold daily as well as weekly meetings on site You progressively develop your team and take an active role in recruiting new team members Occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) are always top of mind You participate in projects and involve your team and your logistics expertise to enhance work processes

You bring extensive expertise, whether through many years of experience or specialized training Your solid leadership experience, ideally in logistics or a related field, is a key part of your qualifications Good communication skills in English; English or French are an advantage Strong IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems Resilience, humor, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality are valuable traits that will serve you well in your daily work You are mobile and distract to work in our two-shift system between 05:30 - 23:00.
