You are the driving force behind our sales strategy and assume the overall regional responsibility for the growth of our financial services portfolio in the Bavarian area.

Partnership at eye level: You enter and develop the performance of Nissan Partners in the sales area strategically and build sustainable relationships. Expertise in Mobility Finance: You provide expert advice on the modern financial, leasing, insurance and service products of Nissan Financial Services. Growth driver & Stratege: You analyze sales potentials, conduct smart sales measures and implement them in a targeted manner. Coach & Impulsgeber: Through your product and sales trainings you make the retailers fit for success. Hands-on Support: You actively support sales promotions, marketing measures and process optimization directly on site. Quality ambassadors: You make sure that our high service and quality standards are lived. Market designer: With a watchful eye, you watch the competition and keep trends in mind. Analyzing with a vision: You are creating meaningful reports and forecasts that serve as the basis for strategic decisions. Teamplayer: You work closely connected with interfaces such as marketing, operations and risk management.

Your profile | This is what you bring: Your foundation: You have a completed commercial training or a study of economics. Your experience: You look back on several years of sales success – ideally with roots in the automotive industry or financial service providers. Your personality: You are a communication talent with a certain appearance, the partner not only convinces, but is enthusiastic in the long term. Your drive: self-motivation and target orientation characterize you; You love being on the road in the field and driving things forward. Your way of working: You think analytic, work structured and keep an overview of complex projects. Your tool box: The safe handling of MS Office and CRM systems is obvious to you. Your Plus: First experiences in project management are a welcome extra. Your basics: You communicate safely in German and English and have a class B licence.
