Your tasks are: 

• Participation in the design and implementation of workshops, project days and participation formats
• Accompanying children and young people in participatory processes
• Cooperation with schools, full-time, teachers and local actors
• Preparation, documentation and evaluation of events
• Cooperation in the development of age-appropriate, creative and low-swelling methods
• Support in maintaining contacts in the district and building networks
• Participation in public relations and presentation of project results

Following knowledge and qualifications bring you with:

Personal requirements

• completed studies or comparable qualification in social education, social work, pedagogy, political science, education or a similar field
• Knowledge of democracy, participation, political education
• or social work
• experience in working with children and adolescents, ideally in school contexts.
• Safe handling of interactive, experience-oriented and age-appropriate methods.
• Basic understanding of project work and documentation

Personal requirements

• High communication capability and team orientation
• Joy in working with different target groups
• Sensitivity to diversity, discrimination and different situations of life
• independent and structured operation
• Loadability, reliability and flexibility
• willingness to work in changing places, also in the district and in schools

Additional skills

• Experience with children and young people from families with migration or escape experience
• knowledge in full-time school, district work or youth participation
• Digital competencies for participative and creative formats
