Construction Financing Specialist (m/f/d)

Support of private building financing You advise the members of the building community as a private customer:in relation to their individual financing request You create, shape and calculate individual financing proposals. You prepare consultations, carry them through and document them structured. You accompany the entire financing process until you sign the loan agreement. Support for the building community You analyze and evaluate the proposed construction community projects in terms of marketability and the economic and legal framework You actively acquire new building communities You're looking for existing contacts and new business partners. You are part of a network and visit trade fairs and events You accompany construction communities at the company level during the entire project phase (including account management and payment phase) and are the central contact person for project management, architects and management of the assembly.

A university degree or a bank training with a recognised additional qualification (e.g. a banker:in). Relevant experience in private building financing and lending. You have the pleasure of consulting, acquisition & networking. You convince by sovereign appearance, a structured way of working and entrepreneurial thinking.
