Triathlon Batterien GmbH is the central production unit of Triathlon Group, a Sunlight Group company and the world's leading supplier of industrial batteries. At the Glauchau and Saalburg-Ebersdorf sites with a total of around 30,000 square meters of production area, we produce modern drive batteries for industrial applications, in particular industrial trucks such as forklifts. As an important interface between customers, sales, production and logistics, you ensure smooth communication and timely order processing. You also keep an overview in stressful situations and value constructive cooperation – both internally and externally. Competent supervision of our national and international customers: Complete order processing: from order acceptance, testing and recording to the production of shipping documents and invoices Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring scheduled delivery Treatment of complaints and close cooperation with our quality department Creation and maintenance of monthly statistics Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, logistics and shipping Process optimization: participation in the further development of existing processes Active participation and support of a new ERP system Coordination with sales and logistics in case of uncertainties or special cases

Completed commercial training, ideally with technical understanding Professional experience in customer service or in a comparable position Safe handling of MS Office and experience with ERP systems Very good German - and good English skills in word and writing Impressed communication skills, team spirit and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
