Head of object TGA m/w/d Place of use: Leipzig Reference number: 2026-0907 Working time: Full time

Professional and disciplinary responsibility for 6-8 employees Responsibility for the provision of the contractually agreed services for the contracted object Central contact for the customer in all questions of technical building management Control of the object team and planning of personnel use as well as ensuring the internal performance calculation of the associated employees Object responsibility for complex technical installations

Technical training - recognized in Germany - e.g. as an electronics engineer / energy plant electronics / energy and building technology / electrical installer / electrician operating technology / electrical engineer / industrial electrical engineer HKLS, ideally with multi-year professional experience. Gerne with training ambitions Ideal would be a further education as a technician, master, Bachelor, engineer - optimally in facility management and/or in technical building equipment, supply technology, heating-climate ventilation technology or electrical engineering German knowledge at least Level B2 and driving licence Class B Optimum would be good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Planon Good quality and cost awareness and high service orientation
