Successfully completed studies of pedagogy, psychology, BWL or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in personnel development Know-How and Methodology Competence from Conception to Implementation Very good internal customer understanding and the willingness to acquire a very good business understanding Well-defined social competence and team capacity as well as the interest in developing professionally and personally Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as MS-Office knowledge we require Experiences in the application of Successfactors are advantageous Self-employed and conscientious working together with a hand-on mentality
