You process and treat problem loans independently, especially in the residential credit environment. You accompany refurbishment and settlement processes and evaluate critical credit commitments structured. You support free-handed sales, receivable settlements and other measures in the context of problem credit processing. You control external service providers in the problem credit environment and make sure that cases are handled in a comprehensible, regular and clean manner. You’re involved in regulatory work, monitoring and reporting and bringing your experience to committees, projects and improvements. You work with MaRisk-close processes for rehabilitation and settlement and use the four-eye principle in critical credit decisions.

You have a bank training or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant experience in problem credit management, in the market succession credit, in refurbishment and settlement or in the processing of critical credit commitments. You understand residential loans, collateral, payment ability and the risks that need to be properly mapped in case of problem loans. You work analytically, structured and process-proof and can document complex credit cases comprehensiblely. You communicate clearly, empathically and binding – even in sensitive customer or voting situations. You have a good understanding of MaRisk-close processes, four-eye principle, monitoring, reporting and regular credit processing. You like to work independently without releasing you from the team. Experience with residential credit engagements, market success processes, external service provider control or refurbishment and settlement cases is advantageous.

Working time: full-time with 39 hours per week or part-time from 30 hours. Working model: Flexible working time design in interior service. Mobile work: Up to 60 % mobile work after coordination in the team. Planability: No business trips, no shiftwork and no weekend or holiday work. Introduction: Extensive incorporation in the headquarters in Mainz. Contract: Unlimited employment contract. Content: € 55,000 to € 76,000 per year with relevant experience.
