These are your tasks Technical coordination: You control the work in the Pfändungsteam, coordinate tasks and coordinate closely with specialist departments and the application organizer. Advice to the offices: As a competent contact person for all questions concerning Pfändungen, you support the offices and thus contribute to the uniform processing and high quality of service. Data check & IKS: Record, check, and process data reliably. Use the internal control systems (IKS) and ensure the correct implementation of regulatory requirements. Legal implementation: You evaluate current legal positions and case-law, agree with the legal department and create practical internal processing aids for the secure implementation of the Pfändungen. Digitization and Process Optimization: In projects for digitization of prawn processes, you bring in your know-how and contribute to the optimization of processes and efficiency. Representation: In the absence of the group manager, you take over the professional representation and ensure a smooth process.

We wish you Banking foundation: A completed training as a bank merchant/wife or Sparkassenkaufmann/-frau or alternatively as legal specialist or Notarfachwirt forms the basis for your activity. Practical experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the back office, ideally in the field of payments or receivable management. Communication & team orientation: team orientation, clear communication and professional handling of feedback and conflicts are of course for you. Structure and Quality Consciousness: A structured, careful and reliable way of working with high quality standards is what distinguishes you. Own initiative & process understanding: With your own initiative and a good understanding of processes, you actively contribute to the further development of processes.

You can expect from us An annual salary between 48,200 – 58,500 Euro (TVöD-S, max. pay group 8) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & your degree 39 working hours per week, flexible working hours and parttime offers The possibility of working up to 40% hybrid after incorporation 32 days holiday, additionally free of work on 24th and 31st December as well as special holidays for special occasions An onboarding tailored to you, incl.
