You reliably handle the processing of rolling cards after the tour of our local drivers and ensure that all tour data are fully and correctly recorded. Administratively, you support the local transport disposition, for example by data collection, processing of e-mails, care of consignment information as well as coordination with drivers and disposition. You train our drivers to quality specifications and efficient workflows and thus actively contribute to quality improvement. The preparation of the billing to our service partners as well as the professional processing of complaints are also part of your responsibility. To improve our processes, analyze and interpret relevant statistics and support data-based process optimization. You cover optimization potentials in daily business and contribute to smooth operations with appropriate measures. In cross-departmental projects, you are actively involved and support the further development of our internal processes.

You want to actively shape the logistics and introduce your ideas. You are ready to learn new things and take responsibility. You have strong communication skills - both in the team and in exchange with drivers and our partners. Ideally, you bring a commercial training. You feel safe in handling the PC and digital tools. A structured, reliable and careful way of working distinguishes you.
