GB infraSignal GmbH is an integral part of the company's own group Grün Berlin and has its attractive seat in the vibrant capital. Our organization consists of a steadily growing and highly motivated team of around 85 dedicated employees. Our area of responsibility extends over the entire management of light signal systems (LSA) in the metropolis, starting with the planning and construction, through maintenance to the modernization of more than 2,100 light signal systems.

Senior Technology & Innovation

As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you take over the planning, implementation and control of all project phases (requirement analysis, design, implementation, test, rollout, transfer to the company) in cooperation with our specialist departments and service providers. You are also responsible for the development of project plans including resource, budget and scheduling, as well as the identification and assessment of potential risks. You coordinate service providers to ensure compliance with cost, time and quality requirements. The analysis and optimization of existing structures and processes within the LSA infrastructure is your responsibility. The preparation of decision-making documents and presentation of the project progress for all stakeholders (e.g. management, executive team and client) falls within your task. You regularly organize and moderate meetings and workshops.

You have a completed degree (economic informatics, economic engineering, business management, etc.) or a comparable qualification (e.g. completed three-year vocational training and specialist training or additional qualification). You bring several years of experience in managing medium and large (public) projects. Finding knowledge of established project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Six Sigma, PRINCE2) is a feature. Embossed communicative skills for coordinating different stakeholders in and outside, as well as the presentation of (status) reports and decision documents before project partners, executives and the client round off your profile. Flowing German knowledge (min. C1) as well as professional knowledge in the fields of network, cloud, storage solutions, virtualization and web applications are of advantage.
