KG, we are looking for you at the next possible time, unlimited and full time at our location in Berlin-Schöneberg as Head of Network Accounting and Payment (w/m/d) As a manager of network usage accounting and payment transactions, you are a dedicated team of nine employees, ensuring efficient and error-free process processing and ensuring the continuous development of the processes.

You lead a dedicated team of nine employees, create a motivating working environment and promote excellent team performance Together with your process experts, you develop processing specifications and standards in the field of network usage accounting and payment transactions and ensure their consistent implementation You are driving digitization and automation measures to ensure a smooth, efficient and sustainable process sequence You analyze and optimize the process results using KPIs and monitorings and thus contribute to the continuous increase in process quality and speed

You have a degree or a comparable qualification You have leadership experience and understand how to motivate and develop your team You know how to automate processes and use KPIs as well as monitoring tools to efficiently control and continuously improve processes You are a high-communication leadership with a solution-oriented and structured operation Experiences in SAP and knowledge of energy-economic market processes facilitate your entry

We'll pay you out of line.
