Your Role You will develop innovative beverage applications with a strong focus on taste optimization and sugar reduction. The role supports R&T and flavor development teams by translating concepts into market-ready solutions, with a particular emphasis on fiber- and protein-enriched beverages. Develop and optimize beverage concepts and applications, from idea to prototype Design functional beverages, especially in sugar-reduced and better-for-you segments Apply and taste balancing solutions for optimal sensory performance Prepare and measured beverage systems, compounds and emulsions Lead or contribute to R&T projects within defined research priorities Collaborate close with flavorists and global application teams Act as a technical interface for customers, supportings and discussions Ensure proper documentation and sharing of results within the team
About You Master's degree in Beverage Technology, Food Technology, or similar At least 2 years of experience in beverage or food application development
Strong sensory skills, with a good understanding of taste modulation Basic knowledge of functional ingredients (e.g. proteins, fibers) Hands-on mindset with practical lab experience in beverage systems Fluent in English; English is a plus or willingness to learn Team-oriented with good communication skills and curiosity to learn
