Why we occupy this position We are currently working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as ERP cores and digitize our processes from planning to purchasing and logistics to installation and billing. At the same time it is clear: For our next growth phase, we will switch to another ERP system. We are currently focusing on selecting the specific system – with Frappe / ERPNext as the most promising candidate. Our goal is a setup that fits perfectly with our business case and is perfectly prepared for us in the long term in processes, integrations and scaling. With our strong growth and regional expansion we also note: external support alone is no longer sufficient. Voting takes too long, priorities are difficult to control and important know-how remains outside the company. This is why we occupy this role: You take Ownership for our ERP setup and the associated integrations. You build the expertise in-house, develop extensions for our specific requirements and advance the continuous optimization of our system and process landscape. So we become faster, more independent and create a stable basis for scalable processes – with direct impact on the daily work of our teams. Your tasks You are responsible for the further development, implementation and continuous improvement of our ERP landscape You shape and optimize our supply chain and finance processes You design, implement and operate integrations between the ERP and our other systems (e.g. CPQ, CRM, HRMS) You are responsible for the technical connection and further development of our master data and procurement processes Implementation and support of our EDI/EDIFACT interfaces to suppliers Connection and operation of IDS and OMD incl. Punchout as a basis for consistent master data management

You drive the continuous process optimization forward recognition of optimization potentials in the processes Analysis, conception and implementation of solutions

You are significantly expanding our business automation division from the design and implementation of end-to-end automation (e.g. workflows, data pipelines, system orchestration) Development of extensions, scripts and services (Python) as well as clean APIs and integration patches Secure a wartable architecture (monitoring, logging, fault handling, testing, deployment)

You are the interface between management and technology for all ERP-relevant topics You actively accompany our users and support new teams onboarding Conducting typical project activities (e.g. testing, documentation)

Must-Have: Completed training or study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualification 2-3 years of experience in the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems Experience with open source ERP systems (e.g. Frappe ERPNext or the like) Practical experience with programming, e.g. with Python or the like (e.g. for integrations, automations or adaptations) Experience in handling EDI/EDIFACT German knowledge at all levels A customer-oriented way of thinking and the ability to work effectively with internal teams Readiness for implementations at different locations (approx. 20%) Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of further automation technologies (n8n, Windmill, etc.) Experience with Supply Chain & Finance Processes in Crafts/Installation Context Experience with agile methods and cross-functional cooperation
