We are looking forward to your application as Manager (m/w/d) Customer Service B2B Hotellerie in full time at Erbach, Baden-Württemberg.

Team building: You take over the management and construction of the customer service team at the Erbach site. Customer support: You are central to our business customers from the hotel industry and ensure high customer satisfaction. Annual talks: You plan and conduct strategic annual talks to strengthen long-term customer relationships. Detecting growth: You analyze existing customer relationships and identify potentials for further development and optimization. Working across departments: In close coordination with sales, production and logistics, you ensure seamless customer support.

Commercial expertise: You have completed commercial training - e.g. as a merchant for office management or industrial businesswoman - or an economic study focusing on customer management, marketing or the like. Industry experience in the B2B environment: your multiannual professional practice in customer service or sales - ideally with customers from the hotel industry or gastronomy - makes you safe in dealing with business partners. Leadership with a vision: the construction and leadership of small teams are among your strengths. You know how to motivate, develop and manage employees successfully. Communication and negotiation security: You master the conversation as well as the solution-oriented negotiation with business customers. Embossed customer orientation: service quality is your first priority - you think in customer solutions, act binding and show real commitment to long-term partnerships. Analytical thinking: With a structured working style and strong numerical understanding, you analyze customer processes and conduct sound optimization suggestions.
