You will work on various projects that advance our digital processes and contribute significantly to success. We need support in the following areas: You are responsible for the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops and (hybrid) events - including inviting participants, booking rooms or digital meeting tools as well as logging important results

You work in our ongoing projects, support organizational and conceptual tasks and take over smaller work packages independently

Communication and Interface Management You'll encourage the exchange with various departments as well as external partners and make sure that all relevant information is available in time - so you can actively contribute to the smooth running of our projects

As part of our team, you research and analyze data, report and presentations, and guide action recommendations in coordination with project managers to further advance the digital transformation

Documentation & Reporting You prepare results, maintain project progress transparently and thus ensure a structured documentation of all important information

You are a enrolled student*in looking for a mandatory practice for your studies You are in a study of economics, (economic) informatics, or a comparable field You have first experiences or great interest in one of the following areas: digitalization, project management, ...

First experiences in organization, project management or IT projects (e.g. through internships, work students' activities or volunteer engagement) are a plus You have good knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally brings first experience with digital collaboration and project management tools You are a team player*in, but you can also work independently You have a strong interest in digital innovations and the digital transformation of companies Team skills, initiative and communication strength complete your profile Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
