Inhouse Consultant SAP HCM (m/f/d)

As an in-house consultant, SAP HCM (m/w/d) manage and optimize our international SAP HCM system landscape with a focus on PA, PY and PT. Analysis and further development of personal business processes as well as schemes, cycles and features in PA, PY and PT. Customizing, error analysis and compilation of statistics; Participation in process harmonisation and transformation. Control and implementation of HCM projects (including personal time management, payroll, ESS/MSS, ILM, EU GDPR) including testing of support packages and upgrades. Close cooperation with international stakeholders (e.g. UK), key users, internal developers and external service providers. Professional project and service management as well as functional consulting for HR areas and payroll-close units.

SAP HCM certification as well as practical experience in at least one focus module (PA, PY, PT). Funded understanding of HR and payroll processes; ideally background in the payroll/control compartment. Experience in SAP-HCM-Customizing and first project experience (e.g. S/4HANA-related topics). Very good knowledge of German and English as well as strong communication skills. High flexibility and agility in the dynamic HR-IT environment.
