This position is aimed at nurses who want to use their experience in a structured environment. They work closely with colleagues from nursing and doctors and help to prepare and accompany treatments carefully. At the same time, keep the patient's condition in mind and ensure that care is implemented professionally correctly and humanly.

Your job as a health care provider (m/w/d)

• Implementation of basic care and treatment according to medical arrangement • Observing the health of patients and passing on relevant changes • administration of medicines according to requirements and control of action • Support for doctors in studies and therapeutic measures • Preparing patients for diagnostic or medical treatments • Documentation of care and treatment • Cooperation with nurses, medical staff and other specialist areas • compliance and implementation of existing hygiene regulations • Contact persons for patients, patients and relatives in organisational or nursing matters

Your working day as a health and nursing agent (m/w/d)

The working day usually begins in exchange with the team. Together, we will discuss which patients need special attention and what measures are planned. All of them are interlocking: nursing staff, medical staff and other areas of expertise.

During your shift you will take care of the care and support of the people at the station. Some patients stay short, others need support for longer periods. They keep in mind changes, respond to new situations and regularly agree with the team.

The work is structured and according to clear standards. At the same time, it needs a good sense of individual needs. A calm handling, even if everyday life becomes hectic, helps to give patients safety. New colleagues will be involved in the team so you can get to know the processes step by step.
