Business Controller (m/f/d)

Active participation in the further development of our international series business in the automotive environment Creating transparency, identifying optimization potentials and supporting informed decisions together with sales, production and the global finance team Own control of budget, forecast and multiannual planning, analysis of profitability and trends and identification of risks and opportunities for sustainable business development Participation in the calculation and evaluation of international series business cases and coordination of all relevant stakeholders in the project Self-creating and further developing international sales analyses, deriving measures to increase sales and profitability and evaluating the performance of several global locations Implementation of international benchmarks and best practice analyses, further development of data-driven control instruments, professionalization of reporting landscapes and roll-out of optimized controlling tools worldwide Own implementation of finance and transformation projects - from process optimizations to standardizations to the digitization of the controlling landscape - and preparation as well as presentation of analyses and decision templates

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on controlling/finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in controlling an internationally active company, ideally in the automotive industry Very good MS Office Skills (including Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP FI/CO; ideally experience with BI tools A good understanding of controlling processes as well as the motivation to develop structures and actively drive changes Embossed communication strength and business partner mentality: You can explain numbers, convince people and promote topics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideally knowledge in other SAP modules (SD/MM/PP/PS) or first knowledge in S/4HANA
