Care and advice of our member companies in the field of occupational health management: monitoring of work and health circles, Active design of the cycle of occupational health management including organisational development, Conducting courses, workshops & health days.

Conducting seminars on relevant topics of occupational health management for our member companies Development of application-oriented and target-group-specific prevention products Implementation of risk assessments on mental stress Advising our member companies with regard to operational integration management Support for our member companies in the field of road safety Participation in transnational projects active networking with other social security institutions and other partners cooperation in the evaluation of preventative data and cooperation and, where appropriate, Compilation of statistics

completed Higher Education or Higher Education Studies, ideally in Health Management, Health Sciences, Public Health, Sports Sciences, Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Resource or comparable health or economic studies multiannual professional experience after completion of the study course additional training or certification in the field of BGM, project management or prevention Knowledge and professional experience in the design and implementation of seminars, training and project work well-founded expertise on the instruments, legal foundations and actors of occupational health management good knowledge of health promotion and prevention (motion, nutrition, stress management) Secure handling of MS Office and willingness to work into special software programs strong communication and moderation capabilities as well as empathy in dealing with different target groups a high degree of initiative, persuasiveness and the ability to motivate others for health issues analytical and conceptual thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Organisational skills and loadability, including coordination of parallel projects Team skills, interdisciplinary understanding and an authentic personality good expressability of German language in word and writing loyal basic attitude and ability to think completely solution-oriented Class B driving licence and standby to the field service, i.d.
