To strengthen our team we are looking for a two-year term

Assistant (m/w/d) Association communication and political public relations

You're the person where the threads go together! You ensure that everything works in the background: from the office organization to the planning of events to the coordination of projects and productions.

You can support both the department management and the team of the department and keep an overview when several topics are running simultaneously. You agree processes, coordinate appointments, are central and reliable contact persons also for external service providers.

You work in the social media sector in creating newsletters and website maintenance. You can also get involved in the design of modern layouts and communication materials.

A structured deposit, including document management and independent correspondence, is also part of your varied daily business.

Successfully completed commercial training and experience in assistance. You have a high level of commitment, sense of responsibility, joy of innovation and the ability to act forward-looking. Organization is in your blood. You are structured, independent, flexible and enjoy making things possible for others. With your communicative skill and fine feeling, you will ensure an efficient exchange of information. You like to work in the team and keep an overview in challenging situations and practice your profession with passion.
