IT- und Security Administrator (m/w/d)

Development, administration and monitoring of the entire IT infrastructure and server landscape (Windows, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V) taking into account the IT security Development, integration and ongoing maintenance of IT security and emergency concepts Documentation and optimization of IT processes and continuous further development of internal processes Systems and Processes Coordination, analysis and processing of safety-related incidents and derivation of appropriate Risk mitigation measures Planning and implementation of hardware and software changes Administration and backup of network and firewall infrastructure (Firewalls, VPN, VLAN, Switches, Wi-Fi etc.) Implementation of IT security training and awareness-raising Support for IT projects focusing on IT infrastructure, security and compliance

Complete IT training as a specialist in IT integration (IT security) or a comparable qualification and experience with ISO 27001, BSI Grundschutz, NIS 2, Information security and risk management At least two years of relevant professional experience in system or network administration Knowledge of network technology (TCP/IP, routing, VLAN, VPN, etc.) and system curing Certifications in various firewall and proxy systems desirable Secure recognition, evaluation and elimination of IT security incidents, attacks and system disruptions and the implementation of appropriate protective measures Analytical way of thinking and an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working paired with own initiative Good German and good English skills
