Business Analyst Underwriting & Betrieb (m/f/d)

As a Business Analyst Underwriting / Operation (m/w/d), you contribute to developing the attractiveness of the Assekuradeur business model as a central component of the value chain between broker and insurer. You accompany the establishment of a new IT architecture and analyze processes to create innovative solutions for savings such as property insurance, cyber and accident insurance. Process recording: You collect, analyze and document business requirements (requirements engineering) as well as actual processes. You identify optimization fields and model target processes. Implementation of workshops: You are responsible for the preparation, moderation and refurbishment of internal workshops and thus support the specialist areas in implementing new systems and processes. Creation of business cases: In cooperation with the departments and IT, you will create specialist concepts and cost estimates in addition to business cases. Requirements and Test Management: You control the test and acceptance procedures, ensure compliance with requirements and document them.

Graduate in Business Administration, Process Management, Mathematics or Computer Science or comparable degree courses Business Analyst (m/w/d) or Process Manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of process modelling and data analysis (including SQL, PowerBI, Python) and experience in UML, BPMN, MS Office and M365 Experiences in financial and insurance projects as well as further training/certificates in the fields of business analysis or requirement engineering (e.g. IREB or IIBA) Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, Ownership philosophy, communication and moderation capability as well as team player
