Lawyer Associate Customs and Foreign Trade – Focus on Foreign Trade Law (m/f/d)

From the outset, You work closely with our domestic and foreign clients – including industrial companies, technology providers and internationally active corporations – and advise on complex external economic issues, in particular export control and sanctions. You advise and represent our clients in external economic matters – in particular in the area of EU sanctions focusing on Russia and Belarus. You work closely with experienced partners that provide you with practical insights and training on the job. You draw up opinions and opinions on complex issues in the field of external economic law, export control and sanctions. You work with other departments of the firm to ensure a holistic consultation of our clients. You actively participate in the client acquisition and the expansion of existing client relationships.

You have demonstrated your legal qualification by two above-average German State Examina. You ideally also bring a promotion and/or LL.M. First professional experience, also deepened, in the field of external economic law, export control or sanction law is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Your Russian knowledge is fluent in word and writing, as well as your English knowledge. You think entrepreneurial and work committed and independent. You have strong communication skills and convince by a high degree of curiosity and team capacity.
