To strengthen our manufacturing team, we are looking for a*n at the Herne site right away, indefinitely and full-time Facility Specialist - Global Manufacturing Engineering (m/w/d)

Holistic support of around 20 production sites worldwide in all aspects of building, infrastructure and supply technology Security, compliance and fire protection according to FM Global, ISO standards and local regulations Technical examination and support of investment, reconstruction and renovation projects Implementation of building and plant audits and lifecycle and state reviews Support for infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance operations Analysis and optimization of infrastructure and service costs (e.g. energy, areas, services) Regular international travel activities to support and support global locations

Complete technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, utility technology, mechanical engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the industrial environment, ideal in building technology or facility engineering Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations and technical infrastructure Experience with CAD/BIM (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) of advantage Very good English knowledge, international cooperation accustomed Structured, analytical and independent operation
