Account Manager (m/w/d)

• Implementation of electronic pay bills for employees and trainees including taxation, social security and occupational pensions for a defined group of persons
• Care and administration of our time detection system
• Administration of sickness and mistime management
• Creation of statistics from the SAP HCM
• Cooperation with other parties such as sickness insurance and pension funds
• Implementation and support of various digitalization projects
• Takeover of special topics (BEM, accident reports, company ticket etc.)

Your profile

• completed commercial vocational training and professional experience in payment accounting
• sound knowledge of labour, social security, tax and collective bargaining
• Joy in dealing with numbers
• detailed, careful and structured operation
• User knowledge of the SAP HCM personnel management system and in the collective right for utilities (TV-V) are advantageous
• High team and good communication skills
• safe knowledge of German language in word and writing (from level B2)
