Master (w/m/d) Darmstadt | Limited (for 2 years) | Full-time | Hybrid

You take responsibility within the strategic management of the Sales & Trade Management Board and for the strategy process, in particular the OKR process. The responsibility for the regular implementation, planning and moderation of the OKR germs such as strategy days, reviews and retrospectives lies with you. The introduction of the OKR methods and their adaptations to the overall organization as well as the monitoring and further development of the processes are your everyday tasks. You act as a process companion (w/m/d) and provide high-quality OKR sets, where you are interested in transparency in the process and possibilities for professional exchange. The organization and implementation of the control processes (coordinate appointments, create presentations and write protocols) completes your task area.

Completed training or study Ideally training for the OKR master as well as first experiences with the OKR method Organisational and project management skills Service-oriented, strategic thinking and action as well as good organizational strength and good networking in the company Very good German knowledge (comparable level B2 CEFR)
