Examination and assessment of contracts, guaranteed SLAs, invoices and similar agreements regarding the agreed services of external service providers SAP Transport Management and Implementation Reviews and allocation of licenses and permissions in the SAP environment Planning and communication between the department and the provider with regard to services to be provided SAP-based support of upgrades and release changes (e.g. SPDD and SPAU compensation) Detection and processing of SAP system dependencies SAP to third parties Creation of comprehensive program and system documentation

Completed IT training with proven professional experience Knowledge of SAP architecture, dialogues, reports and interfaces Experience in supporting SAP projects ITIL knowledge Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-working, communication strength and a high level of responsibility Above-average engagement and team spirit also in the international environment Structured and methodological approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and to comply with deadlines
