Key Account Manager E-Commerce & Selective Retail - Hamburg (m/f/d)

Your task

• Responsibility for sales and business development in e-commerce, omnichannel and selective trade
• Support and further development of customer relationships with strong focus on operational excellence and business growth
• Implementation of digital activations, promotions and marketing measures, including landing page and content management
• Support and further development of the outlet business, including events, activations and local marketing activities
• Monitoring business development and identifying growth and optimization potentials
• Close cooperation with sales, marketing, supply chain and operations to ensure excellent implementation
• Regular customer and market visits as well as activations (approximately 2–3 days per week)

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, omnichannel, key account management or a comparable environment
• Experience in managing and implementing digital marketing activities and e-commerce projects
• Embossed customer orientation as well as excellent skills in relationship and project management, combined with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking skills and very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
• German and English language skills in word and writing
