Your tasks:

• Set up, operate and monitor 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Production of precision parts according to technical drawings
• Programming and correcting CNC programs: Siemens 840D solutionline, WinMax and Ultimax
• Processing of complex 3D components
• Tool change, brushes and machine retraction
• Implementation of measurement and quality controls
• Ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Maintenance and maintenance of machines

Your profile:

• training as a machining mechanic or comparable
• Experience in CNC milling (3- and 5-axis)
• Knowledge in Siemens 840D solutionline, WinMax, Ultimax
• 3D capability (clear imagination)
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Accuracy and quality awareness
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Team skills
