CRM Superuser Germany (m/f/d)

As a CRM superuser, you are the central player for our CRM system, such as Microsoft Dynamics. You control system usage in the company, advise different user groups and work closely with internal departments, IT and external service providers. In addition, you analyze, document and optimize existing CRM processes independently. You develop new standards, redirect process chains together with sales and marketing and ensure that uniform and efficient processes are created. Another important part of your activity is the care and training of our users. You plan and run training, develop sustainable onboarding and training concepts and build an internal keyuser network. In the day-to-day business, you are a competent contact person for questions about the system. You define data and governance standards and develop care, testing and monitoring processes to ensure long-term high data quality. In addition, you support our sales team in the daily use of the CRM system, workflows, sales activities and campaign processes in close coordination with the D365 superuser. Reporting and automation are also your responsibility. You'll start reports and dashboards, develop them further, analyze system and process performance and design automated processes. With new features and developments, you evaluate requirements professionally, accompany tests and support the introduction of new solutions. At the same time, you actively control change processes in the CRM environment. Your task will be complemented by structured knowledge transfer, system documentation care, and regular communication with internal and international stakeholders. In addition, regular travel activities are part of national and international camfil sites.

You have completed your studies, for example in the field of business informatics, or a qualified training with corresponding further education, for example in the field of business or project management. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in dealing with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot. You have a very good understanding of the process, work analytically and can translate complex requirements into sustainable system solutions. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the training, control and support of different user groups. You are convinced by the strength of communication, the ability to vote and the joy of working together in interdisciplinary teams. Knowledge in project or change management is advantageous. We also require a safe handling of data analysis, reporting and automation. You work independently, organized and solution-oriented. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
