You are responsible for preparing the different menus In addition, you actively support the organization and optimization of workflows in your area to ensure smooth kitchen operation The implementation of events as well as the hosting of internal and external guests are also part of your versatile field of work Your further responsibilities include the demand-oriented order of goods and the careful care and commissioning of the stock You continuously monitor compliance with quality standards and ensure that the HACCP concept is implemented consistently

You have a completed training as a specialist practitioner Kitchen / Beikoch (m/w/d) or specialist for system gastronomics (m/w/d) – alternatively you bring comprehensive experience in the kitchen with Self-motivation, organizational talent and team spirit are your special strengths Your structured and solution-oriented way of working distinguishes you, and the way people are handled gives you great pleasure Empathy and communication strength are one of your core competencies and you can ideally have first experience in the service sector You are ready to operate from Monday to Friday from 07:00 - 15:30 Secure knowledge of German as well as safe handling of popular software programs complete your profile perfectly
