Quality Manager (m/w/d) in Goslar

We are looking for an innovative production plant in the field of glass finishing with around 200 employees to strengthen the team for the Goslar site. The company is part of an internationally active group of companies with around 6,000 employees (m/w/d) and processes and refines technical display glass in Goslar for various applications. Whether touchscreens for consumer electronics, operating elements for laboratory and medical devices or thin-glass laminates for the automotive sector: these glass displays are almost everywhere nowadays.

In this key position, you are responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of quality management processes in the team to ensure that the products meet the highest requirements.

Location: Goslar

Responsibility and implementation of product quality planning as well as the control plan (APQP) and the acceptance process for production parts and production processes (PPAP) Analysis and assessment of complainted products (in coordination with other fields) and the initiation of measures Creation of 8D reports in the CAQ system Participation in the maintenance of management systems and moderation of and participation in FMEAs Production of statistical evaluations, skill studies and other analyses Systematic determination of fault causes and coordination and moderation of KVP working groups Support of employees in quality issues and implementation of internal training measures Preparation and participation in internal and external audits Updating of QM documentation including Management Manual and Standards Management Creation of measurement concepts and test programs for the 3D measuring machines

Successfully completed technical studies and/or successfully completed training as a quality specialist (m/w/d) with many years of professional experience in quality management Quality management experiences in the automotive environment including Core tools Embossed technical understanding and interest as well as communication skills with all employees Impressed service idea as a contact person for internal departments High level of care, self-employment and readiness to perform as well as knowledge in the design and optimization of business processes Intensive experience in handling measuring instruments Proven English knowledge in Word and Writing
